Grand Poetry Symposium Organized Under the Aegis of Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, Ghaziabad Unit

Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh): A grand poetry symposium was organized under the aegis of the Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, Ghaziabad Unit, at Durgavati Hemraj Tah Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. On this occasion, poets and poetesses presented songs, ghazals, poems, muktaks, couplets (dohas), and humorous as well as satirical compositions. Through their literary creations, they expressed themes of patriotism, Indian culture, social harmony, human values, nature, family, and contemporary issues, creating a truly enriching literary atmosphere.
The programme was presided over by the renowned litterateur Animesh Sharma ‘Aatish’. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Veena Mittal (President, Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, Ghaziabad Unit), Sanjeev Sharma (Executive President), Dr. Kamlesh Sanjida (General Secretary), Dr. Alka Agrawal (Patron), Dr. Tulika Seth (Vice President), Brajnandan Pachauri (Treasurer), and Bhupendra Tyagi ‘Mitra’ (Joint Treasurer).
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp before Goddess Saraswati. Thereafter, Pooja Chauhan presented a melodious and devotional invocation in praise of Goddess Saraswati, filling the venue with a spiritual ambiance. This was followed by the formal welcome and felicitation of the dignitaries and participating literary personalities by the office bearers of the Parishad.
The programme was conducted with great dignity and eloquence by Dr. Kamlesh Sanjida, whose energetic, graceful, and literary style of anchoring, along with his thoughtful introductions of each poet, kept the audience engaged throughout the event.
The poetry symposium featured captivating presentations by a distinguished group of poets and writers. During the concluding session, the President of the programme, Animesh Sharma ‘Aatish’, presented a comprehensive review of the event, appreciated the performances of all the participating poets, and emphasized the vital role of literature in spreading positive awareness and values in society.
Finally, Sanjeev Sharma delivered the vote of thanks, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all the distinguished guests, poets, audience members, and everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the event.
