Atul Sachdeva – New Delhi Senior Advocate Prakash Singh Negi has been entrusted with a significant responsibility by the Government of Uttarakhand. He has been appointed as the Deputy Advocate General to represent the state government before the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi.
According to the appointment order issued by the Uttarakhand Government, Advocate Negi will be responsible for effectively presenting and defending the state’s position in important matters before the apex court.
Advocate Prakash Singh Negi has been actively practicing in the Supreme Court for nearly 15 years. He is also associated with the panel of counsels for the Government of India and several other government institutions. He is widely recognized for his extensive legal expertise, professional competence, and commitment to public service.
