High-Intensity Blast Near Delhi’s Jama Masjid Leaves Area in Flames; Multiple Vehicles Destroyed, Casualties Reported

On Monday evening (November 10, 2025), a powerful explosion ripped through the old city area of Delhi near Jama Masjid — close to Gate No 1 and adjacent to the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk.

A car suddenly exploded in the congested street around 7 pm, sending shockwaves through the area and reportedly causing street-lights to go off.
