Union Budget 2026 Lays Strong Foundation for a Developed India: Dilip Devetwal

An impactful presentation programme on the Union Budget 2026 was organised at the Blue Star Hall, DDA Flats, Madangir Mandal Office. The event was led by Mandal President Dilip Devetwal and focused on the Government of India’s vision for achieving Developed India @2047 through inclusive and welfare-oriented policies.
The programme began with floral tributes to Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji on the occasion of his birth anniversary, reaffirming the values of social harmony, equality and dignity of labour.
Municipal Corporation candidate Ms. Manisha Bairwa attended as a special guest, while keynote speaker Mr. Naveen Gupta presented the key highlights of the Budget with supporting facts and figures. He stated that Union Budget 2026 is a decisive step towards strengthening India’s infrastructure, human capital and economic growth.

Key allocations highlighted during the programme included over ₹11 lakh crore for infrastructure development, ₹1.20 lakh crore for education, ₹90,000 crore for healthcare, and more than ₹3 lakh crore for women empowerment and Self Help Groups. Tax relief for the middle class and traders was also welcomed as a move to boost economic activity.
Addressing the gathering, Dilip Devetwal said that Budget 2026 is not merely a financial document but a roadmap for empowering the poor, youth, women and the middle class, which is essential for building a developed nation.
Senior workers, office bearers and Mandal members attended the programme in large numbers. The event concluded with a strong message of organisational unity and commitment to the vision of a Developed India.
