Senior journalist Rakesh Kumar Singh, a former member of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), has extended heartfelt congratulations to his good friend, Telugu Superstar and Andhra Pradesh MLA, Nandamuri Balakrishna. The actor was honored with the prestigious Padma Bhushan award by President Droupadi Murmu for his exceptional contribution to the field of Art.

Balakrishna, a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry, has been widely admired for his versatile acting skills and significant influence on Indian cinema. His dedication to his craft and the cultural impact of his work in the Telugu film industry has earned him accolades across the nation. He is the son of three-time Andhra Chief Minister Late N. T.
