Former member of the Haj Committee of India, National President of the International Equitable Human Rights Council, and National Chief Patron of the Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti, senior social worker Mohammad Irfan Ahmad issued a press statement declaring that the eternal social, political, and economic teachings of our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad continue to illuminate the path of humanity. He emphasized that our love and reverence for the Prophet remain unwavering and steadfast.
Irfan Ahmad stated that if anyone attempts to insult the Prophet, we must seek justice within the framework of the Indian Constitution and place our full trust in the judiciary. He stressed that true love for the Prophet is not limited to verbal expression, but lies in following the path shown by him.
He appealed to all citizens to embrace the Prophet’s universal values of peace, equality, harmony, justice, education, development, and compassion in their daily lives. According to him, this would be the greatest and truest form of respect.
Cautioning against violence, Irfan Ahmad underlined that taking to the streets and engaging in unrest is against the very essence of Islam. Such actions not only create unnecessary tension in society but also strain communal harmony. He pointed out that at present, across the country, sacred Hindu festivals like Durga Puja, Sharadiya Navratri, and Dussehra are being celebrated. In such a festive atmosphere, protests and demonstrations could harm the positive image of the Muslim community and weaken the spirit of brotherhood.
He appealed to Muslims as well as citizens of all faiths to uphold the highest standards of social conduct, preserve mutual harmony, and strengthen the nation’s social fabric. Irfan Ahmad concluded by saying— “Our pledge must be to spread our beloved Prophet’s eternal message of love, peace, and humanity across the world
