Floral Tribute Ceremony Organized to Remember Dr. Sahib Singh Verma
New Delhi: On the occasion of the death anniversary of former Chief Minister of Delhi, Dr. Sahib Singh Verma, a floral tribute ceremony was organized today by the N.D.M.C. Workers Federation (Regd.) Union. During the program, N.D.M.C. employees and local residents paid heartfelt tribute to the former Chief Minister by offering flowers at his statue and photograph.
Following this, a program was held to distribute vegetable biryani and fruits to local residents, with arrangements made for 2,000 people. Afterward, Shrikant Kashyap and other members planted a fruit-bearing tree in memory of Dr. Sahib Singh Verma and decided to commemorate this event every year.
Distinguished N.D.M.C. members present included Anil Valmiki, Gangaram, Pawan Kumar, Ravi Johri, Ajay Yadav, Senky Meharolia, Rohit Tyagi, Ravinder Bharti, Gajendra Singh, Kamal Kishore, and Ram Khiladi Yadav.
