Encroachment found on public route in wavesity, court ordered to be removed in 3 days -

The Executive Magistrate Modinagar Court has issued a final order taking a tough stance in the case of farmers dharna on the main road leading to the sales office in the Hi -Tech Township Project Weavesity. According to the order, the farmers have been instructed to remove encroachments from the road within three daysThe case was registered under the suit number 11/2025, in which Yash Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police Station Wausity, had submitted a challan report on 04 May 2025 under Section 152 (1) BNSS and said that Anuj Chaudhary, Guddu Mukhiya, Pilu Chaudhary, Raja Chaudhary, Raja Chaudhary, Satish Tyagi, Devendra Sharma, Amit Chaudhary and 20-25 unidentified farmersThe route has been blocked through bamboo-bats and tarpaulin on the main road leading to sales office by.
The court had issued a conditional order to the opposition on 14 May 2025 and directed to remove the encroachment and sought an answer. Opponents verbally claim that they did not capture the public route, but did not give any written evidence or evidence.

Later on June 25, a report was filed, stating that they are staging a sit -in to implement the old agreement with the builder and the place where they are staging, there are already variable. But the court, while observing the terrestrial inspection report of the station in -charge Vavassity and photographs of the drone survey, found that the public route has actually been disrupted.

It was clarified in the order that no route is out of the public category by the time of the varied, until a duly order is issued by the authorized institution. This step of the people of the people is causing trouble to common citizens and company employees.

On this basis, Executive Magistrate Mr. Gyan Prakash Rai ordered that the encroachment should be removed within three days and the police station in -charge was directed to serve the order and submit a report of compliance.
