Central Bank of India Organises Property Expo at Hotel Blue Stone, Delhi

Central Bank of India organised a Property Expo on 23rd August 2025 at Hotel Blue Stone, Kalkaji, New Delhi, under the guidance of Sh. Shishram Tundwal, Zonal Head, Delhi.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 75–80 visitors, including representatives from enforcement agencies, property dealers, individual prospective buyers, and bank officials.
Senior officials present included Sh. Vikash Purbey, Deputy Zonal Head, Delhi; Sh. Purushottam Meena, Regional Head, Delhi North; Sh. M.P. Meena, Deputy Regional Head, Delhi North; Sh. Ram Chandar Singh, AGM, Zonal Office, Delhi; Sh. Rajat Bajaj, AGM, Central Office; and Sh. Ashok Nehra, Chief Manager, Zonal Office, Delhi.
They provided a detailed briefing on the wide range of 70 properties available for auction, covering independent houses, residential plots, flats, industrial plots/buildings, and commercial plots/buildings.
Visitors expressed keen interest in the offerings and appreciated the initiative taken by the Bank. It was also announced that the showcased properties will be auctioned in September 2025, with the bidding process explained in detail to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness for all participants.
The Property Expo served as a valuable opportunity for prospective buyers to explore property ownership in Delhi NCR, while reinforcing Central Bank of India’s commitment to customer service and innovative initiatives.
