New Delhi: Career Launcher (CL), one of India’s leading education services providers and a part of CL Educate Ltd., has entered into a formal partnership with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to support the academic aspirations of children of CRPF personnel. This landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed at the CRPF Headquarters in the esteemed presence of DIG (Welfare) Mr. P. P. Pauly and Commanding Officer (CO) Mr. Nisheet Kumar. Representing Career Launcher, Mr. Ashish Bahri, Executive Vice President – Marketing, formalized the agreement on behalf of the organization.

In light of the crucial role played by India’s paramilitary forces, this collaboration reflects Career Launcher’s commitment to standing in solidarity with those who protect the nation.

Through this collaboration, the wards of CRPF personnel—both serving and retired—will receive special fee waivers to access Career Launcher’s high-quality coaching programs. As a heartfelt tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, Career Launcher will offer completely free education—both at its nationwide centers and via online platforms—to the children of CRPF martyrs.

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Ashish Bahri, Executive Vice President – Marketing said, “At Career Launcher, we believe education is the greatest equalizer and enabler. Our collaboration with CRPF is a small yet meaningful way to give back to the families of those who dedicate their lives to the nation’s safety—especially at a time when their vigilance is vital to national security. By nurturing the aspirations of their children, we aim to build a brighter, more empowered future.”

The initiative will include structured academic support, curated study material, and dedicated mentorship to prepare CRPF wards for a range of competitive exams and professional courses. This holistic learning ecosystem is designed not only to enhance performance but also to instill confidence and purpose in students from paramilitary families across the country.

Ms. Sujatha Kshirsagar, President, Career Launcher, added, “This MoU reflects our continued commitment to expanding the reach of quality education through our LEAP Scholarship Program. It is also a tribute to the invaluable service of India’s armed and paramilitary forces. With this partnership, we reaffirm our nation-building mission—creating learning opportunities for deserving youth across the country. Under LEAP, we identify students with the potential but limited financial means and invite corporates and individuals to support their educational journeys and career dreams.”

As the association unfolds, both organizations hope to make a lasting difference in the lives of CRPF families by opening up new pathways for academic and professional success. In a similar initiative, the leading coaching platform for competitive exams was empaneled by the Government of Rajasthan in January this year to offer free law entrance exam coaching to meritorious students from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
