A Grand Celebration of Independence Day at Social Worker Bir Singh Lohia’s Residence, Atmosphere Immersed in Patriotism

New Delhi: On the occasion of the 79th Independence Day, social worker Bir Singh Lohia organized a grand and heartfelt ceremony at his residence, D-115, Ambedkar Colony, Chhattarpur. The event became a symbol of national pride and social harmony. His inspiring presence and efforts to unite every section of society were not only commendable but also reflected his deep sense of social responsibility and patriotism.
Following the flag hoisting, the resonance of the national anthem along with slogans like “Hindustan Zindabad” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” filled the atmosphere with the spirit of patriotism. Bir Singh Lohia extended warm Independence Day greetings to the gathering and distributed sweets, making the celebration even more memorable. His hospitality and inclusive outlook brought everyone together as one family—be it intellectuals or hardworking laborers—each was embraced with equal respect.

The program was further graced by the presence of several dignitaries: Delhi Pradesh Congress Minority Cell General Secretary Shaukat Chaudhary, social worker Anil Tyagi, Congress leader Rajendra Khatana, senior Delhi Police officer Solanki Saheb, Captain Shikhar Johri, Yashpal Hans, social worker Thakur Vajra Vahan Singh alias Bablu Bhai, Abhishek Chaudhary, Gulzar Khan, M.A. Suresh, Shabrati, Hameed Khan, Abdul Khaliq, Ram Avatar Sharma, Irshad Ali, and many others. Shaukat Chaudhary, in his address, paid tribute to the martyrs’ sacrifices and described Bir Singh Lohia’s event as an exceptional example of patriotism.
