Moradabad :Setting a new benchmark in rural development and exemplary governance, Bibipura Gram Panchayat of Moradabad Division has been selected among the top 10 outstanding panchayats of the division in the Gram Pradhan Utkrisht Karya Samman organised by Amar Ujala. This achievement is not only the result of collective efforts by the panchayat but also a direct testimony to the efficient leadership, dedication, and visionary approach of Gram Pradhan Firoz Alam alias Bablu.

The event was graced by chief guest Zila Panchayat Adhyaksh Chaudhary Sakendar Pratap, along with Mosam Chaudhary, Nagar Palika Adhyaksh Indira Ji, Dr. Birbal, Kisan Union Zila Adhyaksh Sunil Pradhan, and senior officers of the district administration. During the ceremony, Bibipura Panchayat was specially honoured, an occasion received with immense enthusiasm and pride by the villagers.
Expressing his gratitude on the occasion, Gram Pradhan Firoz Alam alias Bablu said, “This honour is the fruit of the collective hard work of the entire Bibipura Panchayat and its residents. I express heartfelt thanks to the district administration and Amar Ujala. With the continued support and blessings of the villagers, we will be able to raise the name of Bibipura even higher in the upcoming state-level event.”

The next major programme is scheduled to be held in Lucknow, where outstanding panchayats will be evaluated at the state level. If the villagers’ support and enthusiasm remain unwavering, Bibipura Panchayat is certain to carve out a distinct identity at the state level as well.
