Support for BJP–Mahayuti under the Leadership of Irfan Ahmad

New Delhi : Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti BJP Mahayuti BMC Elections has become a major political talking point as the Pasmanda Muslim Samaj Utthan Samiti announced its support for BJP–Mahayuti candidates ahead of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections scheduled for January 15.

The organization’s Chief Patron and Vistarak, Irfan Ahmad, along with Maharashtra In-charge Haji Haider Azam, met Advocate Ashish Shelar, BJP’s election in-charge for Mumbai and a senior minister in the Maharashtra government, and submitted a letter of support. They assured full cooperation and active campaigning in favor of BJP–Mahayuti candidates.

Addressing a press conference on the occasion, Irfan Ahmad stated that the Modi-led central government and the Mahayuti government in Maharashtra under the leadership of Devendra Fadnavis have carried out concrete work to integrate the Pasmanda Muslim community into the mainstream through various public welfare schemes. He said that the benefits of government schemes are now reaching the grassroots, resulting in rapid social and economic upliftment of the community.

He alleged that over the past 60–65 years, the Congress and Other parties misled the Pasmanda Muslim community and used it merely as a vote bank, while depriving it of basic facilities. In contrast, since 2014, a new era of all-round development has begun across the country. During the press conference, the organization’s National President Ehsan Abbasi, Vice President Inayat Hussain Qureshi, and Iftikhar Amrohi also announced complete support for the BJP, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction), and RPI (Athawale).The organization claimed that nearly 80 percent of Mumbai’s Muslim population, belonging to the Pasmanda community, will vote in favor of the BJP–Mahayuti in the BMC elections.
