On the historic and spiritually rich land of Mehrauli—where the fragrance of faith has lingered for centuries—a luminous noorani mehfil was held on the night of October 21, 2025, after Namaz-e-Isha. The grand Jashn-e-Ghausul Wara Conference, organized at Barkati Masjid, Jamia Imam Ahmad Raza, near Auliya Masjid, Mehrauli, New Delhi, illuminated the hearts of attendees with the life and teachings of Ghaus-e-Azam Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani (radiyallahu anhu).Jashn-e-Ghausul Wara Conference: A Spiritual Gathering in the Blessed Memory of Ghaus-e-Azam hummernews.in

The conference was held under the patronage of Maulana Sayyid Haider Ali Qadri, President of the Muslim Mission of India, an organization that has consistently championed the promotion of Islamic teachings and communal harmony. His visionary leadership turned the event into a broad social and spiritual platform where scholars (ulema) and common people united to pay tribute to the eternal legacy of Ghaus-e-Azam. Through this conference, the Muslim Mission of India once again reaffirmed its commitment to preserving Islamic values and serving humanity.

The session was presided over by Maulana Alauddin Naqshbandi (Khatib and Imam, Noori Masjid), while the responsibility of coordination was ably carried out by Maulana Hashmat Ali Naimi (Khatib and Imam, Gausia Colony). His humility and effective moderation gave the event a disciplined and graceful atmosphere. By courteously yielding his time to other speakers, Maulana Hashmat Ali exemplified the true spirit of scholarly service and leadership, adding depth and warmth to the gathering.Jashn-e-Ghausul Wara Conference: A Spiritual Gathering in the Blessed Memory of Ghaus-e-Azam hummernews.in

The keynote address was delivered by Maulana Abdul Qayyum Nizami (Khatib and Imam, Masjid Parewali, Chhattarpur), who presented an inspiring lecture on the blessed life of Ghaus-e-Azam. His eloquent narration of the saint’s miracles—from birth to departure—captivated the audience and filled their hearts with reverence. His scholarly depth and expressive delivery elevated the spiritual tone of the conference to a memorable height.

From Patna, Bihar, renowned Islamic scholar Maulana Zakir Hussain addressed the gathering, describing Ghaus-e-Azam as Peeron ke Peer, Roshan Zameer, and Dastgir (Helper of Humanity). His speech inspired listeners to follow the teachings of the great saint. Additionally, Maulana Ishtiyaq Barkati (Imam, Jama Masjid, Dargah Qutub Sahib) presented a heartfelt manqabat (devotional poem) in praise of Ghaus-e-Pak, which added spiritual charm to the event. Maulana Mukhtar Ashraf (Imam, Lal Masjid, Dargah Qutub Sahib) also delivered a knowledge-filled address on the glory of Ghaus-e-Pak.Jashn-e-Ghausul Wara Conference: A Spiritual Gathering in the Blessed Memory of Ghaus-e-Azam hummernews.in
