Mrs. Parul Singh, President of the Delhi State Paralympic Committee, met Jharkhand Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren today in New Delhi. During the meeting, Mrs. Singh presented the Chief Minister with a traditional painting depicting Lord Rama and Goddess Sita as a gesture of cultural respect and goodwill.
During the meeting, Mrs. Singh appreciated the efforts being made by the Jharkhand government to improve sports facilities and extend support to para-athletes. She also shared her views on the importance of collaboration between states to strengthen the para-sports ecosystem in the country.
Chief Minister Soren thanked Mrs. Singh for the thoughtful gesture and reiterated his government’s commitment to promoting inclusive sports and ensuring better opportunities for athletes with disabilities.
Mrs. Parul Singh continues to represent the Delhi Paralympic Committee in various engagements, highlighting the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and cultural representation in public life.
