New Delhi :  A grand event of ‘Nritya Manjari fastival 2025’ program was organized on Sunday at Pyarelal Bhawan Auditorium in the capital Delhi. A great display of cultural talent of children was seen in this program. The chief guest of the program was Laxmi Nagar MLA and BJP leader Abhay Verma. Also, the presence of renowned dancer Guru Jai Lakshmi and Padma Shri awardee Guru Geeta Malik further enhanced the dignity of the ceremony.

During the program, the children won the hearts of the audience by giving colorful presentations of classical, semi-classical and folk dances. The purity of the dance, expressions and coordination were clearly seen in the dance performance, which was repeatedly appreciated by the audience with applause.

Dedicated Guru of Dance Art: Sushant Maharana and Neelam Maharana Dance has a special place in the Indian cultural tradition, and Sushant Maharana and Neelam Maharana are working to take this tradition to the new generation. Both these dance teachers have been teaching the nuances of dance to children for years. In their teaching method, special emphasis is laid on discipline, rhythm and self-expression.

While Sushant Maharana is adept in classical and contemporary dance styles, Neelam Maharana guides children in expressions and emotional presentation. Their aim is to make dance not just an art but a medium of personality development.

On this occasion, talented children like Rhythm Arora, Paral Chaudhary, Priyanka Maharana, Nishtha Chauhan, Riddhi Mahadev, Vanya Bharti, Tanushree Das, Sumitra Bhagat, Shreya Rajput, Mihirat Tomar, Darshi Soni and Kiara Gola were honored with ‘Nritya Manjari Samman 2025’ for their excellent performance.

Guru Geeta Malik and Guru Jai Laxmi also encouraged the participants and said that “Dance is not just an art, but an expression of the soul, which these children presented very well.”

The program was concluded by giving certificates and mementos to all the children. This event proved that the cultural traditions of India are still alive among the new generation.
