Students in Punjabi Language at “Kaum De Waaris” Event on 25th May 2025
New Delhi: The Davinder Kaur Foundation, in proud collaboration with Omaxe Chowk,Chandni Chowk, successfully hosted the grand event “Kaum De Waaris” on Sunday, 25th May2025, celebrating academic excellence and cultural pride.The event recognized and honoured over 350 students from various schools across Delhi whoscored 90% and above in Punjabi language in the CBSE Board Examinations 2025 (Classes X &XII). The ceremony was held at Omaxe Chowk, Dawatpur, Chandni Chowk, from 1:30 PM to 4:00PM.Each student was awarded a medal, certificate, and gift hamper as a token of appreciation for theirdedication, discipline, and love for their mother tongue – Punjabi. This recognition served not only asa reward for academic merit but also as a reaffirmation of the importance of regional languages inshaping identity and values.Parents, educators, and dignitaries in attendance commended the students and highlighted thecrucial role of education in building a responsible, rooted, and forward-thinking generation.
